This session will tackle how we manage contacts in a social world. We will explore the intersection between contact relationship management (CRM) and social media strategies.

Session Takeaways:
- Understand what Social CRM refers to and resolve issues about definitions
- Overview of technical means and challenges and low tech ways to get started
- Brainstorm for follow-up planning on what management of stakeholder communities might look like two years from now
