Not familiar with dropbox.com? We at database designs are great fans. Dropbox has several faces:

* ability to sync files between your own desktop and notebook computers, or work and home
* ability to have a shared project folder
* ability to track versions of documents
* ability to have continuous web back-up of you files. This will require going beyond the free 2GB edition, and the paid is not as cheap as mozy or carbonite, but coupled with the other features, an interesting option.

Dropbox also just won "best internet application" of 2009 in techcrunch "crunchies": http://www.techcrunch.com/2010/01/08/crunchies-winner/
